Michelle Lin is from Queens, New York City with a background in sustainability, having graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Economics. She previously worked as an editorial intern at the United Nations in the Department of Economic and Social Affairs and as a Curbside Composting Outreach Associate at Big Reuse, in partnership with New York’s Department of Sanitation to expand the city’s organic waste recycling program. Currently, she is working on her master’s degree in Sustainability Science at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, focusing her studies on a food waste to animal feed recycling alternative in the metropolitan area of Guadalajara.
Adrian Aguirre is a computer science major at Texas A&M University. He was a Biovert Protein Intern for the summer of 2021, where he worked on research regarding the use of Blockchain technology for supply chain traceability.”
